1. Mandatory 360° Unboxing Video (Important)

To be eligible for any return, replacement, or refund, a clear 360-degree unboxing video is mandatory.

Video Guidelines:

  • The video must be continuous, unedited, and without cuts
  • Recording must begin before opening the package
  • Clearly show:
    • Shipping label
    • Sealed package
    • Opening process
    • Product from all angles (360° view)
    • Product tag and invoice

No unboxing video = No return / replacement / refund

This requirement ensures transparency and helps prevent misuse.


2. Eligibility for Returns

Returns or replacements are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Damaged product received
  • Defective product received
  • Wrong product delivered

All requests must include:

  • 360° unboxing video
  • Clear product images
  • Original invoice

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products that have been used, worn, or washed
  • Items damaged due to improper handling by the customer
  • Customized, stitched, or altered products
  • Products purchased during sale, discount, or clearance
  • Minor color or design variations due to lighting or screen settings
  • Orders placed incorrectly (wrong size, color, or design selection)

4. Time Frame for Requests

  • Return or replacement requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery
  • Requests beyond this timeframe will not be accepted

5. Product Condition Requirements

To qualify for a return or replacement:

  • Product must be unused and unwashed
  • Original tags, packaging, and invoice must be intact
  • Product must be in resalable condition

Returned items will undergo a quality inspection before approval.

  2. Our team reviews the request
  3. If approved:
    • Confirmation will be shared via email or WhatsApp
    • Product must be shipped back within 3 days of approval

Return shipping charges:

  • Covered by us (only for damaged or incorrect products)
  • Otherwise, borne by the customer

7. Replacement Policy

  • Replacements are subject to product availability
  • If unavailable:
    • You may select an alternative product of equal value, or
    • Opt for a refund (store credit or original payment method)
